Guest Book - Important Clarifications

Dear all,

It has come to my attention that someone find it difficult to navigate to the guestbook for posting comments / views on the 4 Apr concert. I need to clarify the following :

1. Please refrain from using the "Reply All" option when you reply E-mails. This is because one of the E-mail address in the list will automatically post your message onto the BLOG. This is meant to be used only by the administrator / moderator. I trust you will assist to keep the LEARNERS BLOG free from wanted messages / spam.

2. In order to ease the pain of navigating to the guest book, please click on this link GUEST BOOK. It will automatically take you to the guest book without any sweat.

There are already a few messages posted on the guest book. You can go there and have a look.

Regards
KL

Learners Concert

Dear all,
Tomorrow is our big day. Before the concert, I would like to settle some items.
1) If you have not paid the $100. concert fee, please do so. Collectors are Stephanie(soprano and alto) and Tang Kin Leung (tenor and bass).
2) If you have signed up for dinner after the concert, please look for Florence and pay $80. or $40 (full time students).
Please approach them as they may not recognise you. Thanks for your cooperation.
May I also take this opportunity to thank all those who have helped make tomorrow possible?
Apollo definitely deserves the greatest applause for his hard work, his musicianship and his coordinations. Surely, he is the main attraction to many of the current Learners. Our next concert is on 13 August, 06, at Theatre, City Hall Hong Kong. Hope you can stay with us. In fact, Apollo has promised to do the concert.
I'd like to thank the working team, Maisie, Sandra, Stephanie, Sau Woon, Florenece, Bonnie, for their commitment and effort. I also like to express my gratitute to those who have helped behind the scene. Tang Kin Leung is one of them who has assisted with all the IT work. He has registered a new link for us to express our comments after the concert http://learnerschorus.blogspot.com
After the concert, we'l take a break, ie 7 April will be a holiday. We will arrange a gathering to watch video of the concert and listen to the recording. Rehearsal venue and programme will be notified soon.
Let's enjoy tomorrow's performance, and Sandra's homemade muffins, Maisie's sandwiches. Thanks to aunties.
Jiayou!
Regards
Rebecca

9) Dinner after concert - All are welcome (friends and relatives inclusive) to dinner at Chiu Chow Garden at basement of Jardine House, @$80 per head ($40 for full-time student singing this time, sponsored by the Three Aunties). If you haven't signed up, please do so.
10) House programme - Please refrain from getting any copies of the house programme until after the concert. We only printed enough for the audience. We don't want to print extra copies for choir and orchestra members in order to save trees and money. We will, however, collect copies from the audience at the exit after the concert. There should be more than enough to share among all members at that point.
Cheers,
Maisie
